## Who Operates Wealtii

2 subsections

### Operator & Legal Entity Status

Wealtii is currently operated by its founder, Zayd Ahmed. A formal legal entity has not yet been established; we are working towards formal company registration.

Until a company is registered, the founder is the person responsible for running the platform and is the party you deal with under our [Terms of Service](https://wealtii.com/terms). When registration is complete, we will publish the company's legal name, registration number and registered address on this page, in the Terms of Service and in the Privacy Policy.

### What Wealtii Does

Wealtii is a custodial investment platform. You deposit USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) and buy units of Wealtii's index funds. Wealtii buys the underlying assets on-chain through decentralised exchange (DEX) aggregators and holds them 1:1 in a multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain. Withdrawals are paid in USDT to an external BEP-20 wallet.

## Current Regulatory Status

3 subsections

### Is Wealtii Regulated?

No. Wealtii is not registered or licensed as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, money services business (MSB) or virtual asset service provider (VASP) with any regulator (such as the SEC, FINRA or FCA), and it is not regulated. Card and bank purchases of USDT are handled by licensed third-party on-ramp providers.

This means you do not have the protections that come with using a regulated firm, such as supervision by a financial regulator or access to a regulator-backed complaints or compensation scheme. Your assets on Wealtii are not covered by deposit insurance, an investor-compensation scheme or crypto insurance.

### Registrations & Licensing

As of October 21, 2026, Wealtii does not hold any financial-services licence or registration in any country. Our current step is formal company registration. Any future licence or registration will be announced on this page.

### Restricted Jurisdictions

Wealtii is not available to residents of countries and regions subject to comprehensive OFAC, EU or UN sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country where you live.

Funds that hold tokenized stocks or ETFs (the Tech & Digital Asset Growth Fund and the Multi-Asset Balanced Allocation Fund) may not be available in all jurisdictions, including the United States.

## Verification, Custody & Monitoring

3 subsections

### Identity Verification Levels

No ID documents are needed to start: verify your email and you can invest up to $10,000. ID verification unlocks higher limits.

- Basic (automatic after email verification): no ID documents; deposit, buy, sell and withdraw up to $10,000 in total over the life of the account. Each type of transaction has its own $10,000 limit.
- Intermediate (government-issued photo ID and a selfie): up to $100,000 per day for each type of transaction.
- Advanced (enhanced verification, including a passport and proof of address): no platform limit.

Identity documents for the Intermediate and Advanced levels are reviewed manually by Wealtii. If you buy USDT by card or bank transfer, the third-party on-ramp provider runs its own identity checks.

### Asset Custody

User fund assets are held 1:1 in a Gnosis Safe 3-of-3 multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain at the public address 0x54dd6ADaCe8BFd8feAA9cdf1Ca8891c74FaB2583. Moving vault funds requires all three signatures. Anyone can check the vault's holdings on BscScan. Assets are not lent, staked or rehypothecated.

Wealtii's platform has not yet had a third-party security audit or penetration test.

### Transaction Monitoring

Transaction limits for each verification level are enforced automatically. Security-relevant account events are logged, and unusual activity, such as unusually large withdrawals, is reviewed manually. Wealtii may ask for more information, delay or decline a transaction, restrict an account, or report activity to the authorities where the law requires it.
