Wealtii is a digital asset index fund platform. You can invest from $10 in one of three funds, and every fund is backed 1:1 by the underlying tokens (crypto, tokenized gold and silver, and tokenized US stocks and ETFs) bought on-chain and held in a public multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain.

Think about how index funds changed stock market investing. Before them, diversified exposure meant picking individual stocks and managing a portfolio yourself. One index fund investment replaced all of that.

Wealtii applies the same idea to digital assets. When you invest in a Wealtii fund, your money buys every holding in that fund at its target weight. Nothing synthetic, no IOUs: the tokens are purchased on-chain and held in a Gnosis Safe vault whose balances anyone can check on BscScan. Investing in digital assets is harder than it should be.

Diversified exposure usually means researching dozens of tokens, managing wallets across several platforms, executing a trade for each asset and tracking scattered positions in a market that never closes. Most people don't have the time or technical knowledge for that.

Then there is the trust problem. Some platforms offer "crypto exposure" through synthetic products, IOUs or fractional reserves, so customers don't actually own the underlying assets and have to trust that the numbers on screen match what is held.

Volatility also drives emotional decisions. Panic selling in dips and fear-of-missing-out buying in rallies hurt many individual investors.

Wealtii is built to address this with one platform, one investment per fund, real tokens held on-chain and a public vault address you can check yourself.

Diversified Index Funds: Three funds with fixed target allocations and position caps set by our allocation methodology. Every investment is backed 1:1 by the underlying tokens bought on-chain.

On-Chain Execution: Purchases and sales are executed on-chain through DEX aggregators at the best available quote. Market price impact and slippage can apply.

Public Multi-Signature Custody: User fund assets are held 1:1 in a Gnosis Safe 3-of-3 multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain. Moving vault funds requires all three signatures, and the vault address is public so anyone can verify its holdings. Assets are not lent, staked or rehypothecated.

Portfolio Tracking: Live valuations, performance history, profit and loss, and a complete transaction record.

Tiered Verification: Basic (email verification, up to $10,000 in total), Intermediate (ID verification, up to $100,000 per day) and Advanced (enhanced verification, no platform limit).

Ticket-Based Support: Create and track support tickets for deposits, withdrawals, orders or general questions. Tickets are accepted 24/7 and we typically reply within a few hours.

Notifications: Alerts for transactions, security events and platform updates, in the app and by email.

We want Wealtii to be a simple, transparent place to build diversified exposure to digital assets.

Many people either concentrate their risk in one or two tokens, find the space too complex, or avoid it entirely. There are few simple ways to say "I want diversified exposure to digital assets" and have it executed transparently with real assets backing every unit.

Our first funds combine crypto with tokenized gold, tokenized silver and tokenized US stocks and ETFs. Over time we plan to add more asset classes, subject to liquidity, availability and the law. Plans can change.

Honest Communication: We make no promises about investment performance. Digital asset markets are volatile and returns are never certain. What we can offer is transparency about what you own, what you pay and how the platform works.

Fees Shown Up Front: Platform fees are shown before you confirm a transaction. During our early-adopter promotion there are 0% platform fees on purchases, sales and withdrawals, and no management fee, performance fee, lock-up or exit penalty. Blockchain network (gas) fees apply, and on-chain swaps can have price impact. If platform fees are ever introduced or changed, we will give at least 30 days' notice and never apply them retroactively.

Your Privacy: Personal data is encrypted and we never sell your personal information to third parties. See our privacy policy.

Support: Our ticket system lets you raise and track issues. Problems involving fund access or security are prioritised.

No. Wealtii is not registered or licensed as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, money services business (MSB) or virtual asset service provider (VASP) with any regulator, including the SEC, FINRA or FCA, and it is not regulated. Card and bank purchases of USDT are handled by licensed third-party on-ramp providers.

Identity checks are tiered: Basic (email verification, up to $10,000 in total), Intermediate (ID verification, up to $100,000 per day) and Advanced (enhanced verification, no platform limit). Wealtii is not available in OFAC, EU or UN sanctioned countries and regions, and you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
