Wealtii's three index funds use fixed target allocations with position caps, set by Wealtii's allocation methodology. They are not weighted by market capitalisation. Each purchase buys every holding at its target weight on-chain, and the tokens are held 1:1 in a public 3-of-3 multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain.

How are Wealtii fund weights set?
Each Wealtii fund has a fixed target allocation: a set percentage for every holding, chosen by Wealtii's allocation methodology. Position caps limit how much of a fund any single holding can make up, so no one asset dominates. The funds do not track a third-party index and are not weighted by market capitalisation, so a smaller asset can have a larger weight than a bigger one.
Fixed targets: target weights stay the same until Wealtii changes the methodology for that fund.
Every purchase buys the targets: when you invest, your USDT is split across all holdings at their target weights.
Changes are published: if a fund's holdings or target weights change, the fund page and this page are updated.
Because prices move between purchases, the actual weights held in the vault drift away from the targets. See rebalancing below.
Which assets are eligible for a Wealtii fund?
An asset is only considered if it meets all of these conditions:
On BNB Smart Chain: it exists as a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain. Several crypto holdings are BEP-20 versions of assets native to other blockchains; for example, BTCB is Binance-Peg Bitcoin, issued by Binance and backed by BTC held by Binance.
Liquid on BNB Chain DEXs: it has enough on-chain liquidity to be bought and sold through DEX aggregators without excessive price impact.
Documented backing (tokenized real-world assets): the issuer and backing are publicly documented, as with Ondo Global Markets tokenized stocks and ETFs and Tether Gold (XAUT), where each token represents one troy fine ounce of gold on a London Good Delivery bar, issued by TG Commodities (Tether).
Custody-compatible: it can be held in the Gnosis Safe vault and verified on-chain.
Legal availability matters too: funds holding tokenized stocks may not be offered in some jurisdictions (see tokenized stocks).
How are trades executed?
DEX aggregators: purchases and sales are executed on-chain through DEX aggregators, which compare liquidity sources and return the best available quote at the time of the trade.
Slippage and price impact: the price you get can differ from the quoted price, especially for larger orders or less liquid assets. Swaps are submitted with a slippage tolerance.
Batching and netting: orders are processed in batches. Where buys and sells of the same asset offset each other, only the net difference is swapped on-chain.
Failed swaps: a failed swap is retried with a fresh quote; if it still can't complete, affected deposits are refunded to the user's balance.
Are Wealtii funds rebalanced?
Not yet. Automated rebalancing is in development and not live. Today, each purchase buys every holding at its target weight, but nothing sells assets that have grown above their target or buys assets that have fallen below it. As a result, a fund's actual weights can differ from its targets.
When rebalancing launches, this page will explain how and when it happens. Progress is tracked on our roadmap.
Where are fund assets held?
User fund assets are held 1:1 in a Gnosis Safe 3-of-3 multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain at the public address 0x54dd6ADaCe8BFd8feAA9cdf1Ca8891c74FaB2583. Moving vault funds requires all three signatures. Assets are not lent, staked or rehypothecated.
Anyone can check the vault's holdings on BscScan. Our transparency page explains how to verify it and what that check does and does not prove.
What does it cost to invest in a Wealtii fund?
0% platform fees on purchases, sales and withdrawals during our early-adopter promotion.
No management fee, no performance fee, no lock-up and no exit penalty.
Blockchain network (gas) fees apply, typically under $0.50 on BNB Smart Chain.
Market price impact and slippage on on-chain swaps.
A 0.5% processing fee on refunds of deposit over- or under-payments.

How is fund performance shown?
Multi-period return figures shown on Wealtii (for example 1-year, 3-year or 4-year returns) are hypothetical backtests: they apply each fund's current target allocation to historical market prices. They are not actual fund performance.
Hypothetical backtest of current allocation — not actual fund performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Every return figure is shown with the notice above.
We do not pick whichever period looks best.
Backtests have limits: they apply today's weights with hindsight, and they use market price data for the underlying assets (for example the listed stock, ETF or native coin) rather than the tokens themselves, many of which did not exist on-chain for the whole period.
What should I know about the tokenized stocks and ETFs?
The Growth and Balanced funds hold Ondo Global Markets tokens (the "…on" tokens such as NVDAon, AAPLon, QQQon, SPYon and SLVon). These tokens give economic exposure to the underlying security; holders do not get shareholder voting rights.
Ondo restricts these products for US persons, so funds containing them may not be available in all jurisdictions, including the United States. Read more in our guide to Ondo tokenized stocks.
What are the main risks?
Market risk: digital asset and tokenized asset prices can fall sharply, and you can lose part or all of your investment.
Concentration: each fund holds seven assets, and the largest target weight is 33.9% (Bitcoin in the Core fund).
Issuer and wrapper risk: BTCB depends on BTC held by Binance; XAUT depends on Tether's gold reserves; Ondo tokens depend on Ondo's arrangements for the underlying securities.
Smart-contract and DEX risk: token contracts, DEXs, aggregators and the vault contract can have bugs or be exploited.
Liquidity and slippage: thin liquidity can mean worse prices, especially for larger orders.
Weight drift: rebalancing is not live, so actual weights can differ from targets.
Platform and legal risk: Wealtii is operated by its founder, is not regulated, and offers no deposit insurance or investor-compensation scheme.
