Any Wealtii platform fee is shown before you confirm a purchase, sale or withdrawal. Costs set by the market or by third parties (network fees, DEX execution costs and on-ramp fees) are explained in Section 3.

1.2

How Wealtii Approaches Fees

1. Simple

One fee schedule for every fund and every verification level. During the promotion, every platform fee is 0%.

2. Shown before you confirm

Any platform fee appears on the confirmation screen before you buy, sell or withdraw.

3. No holding fees

There is no management or performance fee, so nothing is deducted from your holdings each year just for holding them.

4. Notice before any change

Any new or changed platform fee needs at least 30 days' notice and never applies retroactively.
1.3

Our Fee Commitments

  • Pre-transaction disclosure: Any platform fee is shown before you confirm a transaction
  • Transaction history: Each transaction, including any fee charged, appears in your history and can be exported
  • Advance notice: At least 30 days' notice before any platform fee is introduced or changed
  • No retroactive changes: A fee change never applies to transactions completed before it takes effect
  • Your choice: You can sell and withdraw before a new fee takes effect
ยง2

Early-adopter 0% fee promotion โ€” terms

3 subsections

2.1

What the Promotion Covers

During the early-adopter promotion, Wealtii charges 0% platform fees on:

  • purchases of fund units;
  • sales of fund units; and
  • USDT withdrawals to an external BEP-20 wallet.

The promotion applies to all users, all three funds and every verification level. It does not cover costs that Wealtii does not charge: network fees, DEX execution costs and third-party on-ramp fees. The 0.5% processing fee on refunds of deposit over- or under-payments continues to apply. There is no management fee or performance fee, during or after the promotion, unless introduced under Section 2.3.

2.2

How Long the Promotion Lasts

No end date has been announced. The promotion continues until Wealtii gives notice that it is ending, in line with Section 2.3.

2.3

If Platform Fees Are Introduced or Changed

  • At least 30 days' notice: by email, in the app and on this page before any platform fee is introduced or changed.
  • Never retroactive: a transaction is charged the fees in force when it was made.
  • Time to decide: you can sell your fund units and withdraw before a new fee takes effect.
  • Published in advance: the new fee schedule and its effective date will appear on this page before it applies.

Detailed Fee Breakdown

7 subsections

3.1

Deposit Fees

Wealtii does not charge a fee for deposits. There are two ways to fund your account:

  • Send USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) to your personal deposit address. Your own wallet pays the network fee (typically under $0.50, paid in BNB). The deposit is credited after 12 block confirmations. Only send USDT on BNB Smart Chain; other tokens or networks can be lost permanently.
  • Buy USDT by card or bank transfer through a third-party on-ramp provider (Transak, Banxa, Onramp.money, Onramper or Alchemy Pay). The provider sets its own fees and exchange rate, runs its own identity checks, and its availability varies by country. Wealtii does not receive these fees.
Network fees are paid to blockchain validators, not to Wealtii. They cover the cost of processing your transaction on the blockchain.
3.2

Purchase Fees

Purchase fee: 0% during the promotion. When you buy fund units, your USDT buys every holding of the fund in its target weight. Wealtii executes the trades on-chain through DEX aggregators at the best available quote; price impact, slippage and liquidity-pool fees are reflected in the execution price (see Section 3.6).

Example: investing $10,000

Investment amount$10,000.00
Wealtii purchase fee (0%)$0.00
Amount used to buy the fund's holdings (before DEX execution costs)$10,000.00

If the fund's value then rose 25%, the holdings would be worth $12,500.00 (+$2,500.00). If it fell 25%, they would be worth $7,500.00 (-$2,500.00). Illustrative figures, not a forecast.

3.3

Sale Fees

Sale fee: 0% during the promotion. When you sell fund units, Wealtii sells the underlying assets on-chain and credits the USDT proceeds to your balance. Any fee is shown in the sale confirmation before you confirm.

Example: selling holdings worth $12,500

Value of fund units sold$12,500.00
Wealtii sale fee (0%)$0.00
USDT credited to your balance (before DEX execution costs)$12,500.00
3.4

Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawal fee: 0% during the promotion. Withdrawals are paid in USDT to an external wallet on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). Wealtii does not currently deduct a separate network fee from withdrawals.

  • Wealtii does not pay out to bank accounts directly. To convert USDT to your local currency, you use a third-party service, which charges its own fees.
  • Check the address and network before you withdraw: blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

Example: withdrawing $12,500

Withdrawal amount$12,500.00
Wealtii withdrawal fee (0%)$0.00
USDT sent to your wallet$12,500.00
3.5

Network (Gas) Fees

Network fees are typically under $0.50 per transaction on BNB Smart Chain. They are paid to the validators that process transactions, not to Wealtii, and they rise when the network is busy.

  • Deposits: your own wallet pays the network fee (in BNB) when you send USDT.
  • Withdrawals: Wealtii does not currently deduct a separate network fee.
  • Purchases and sales: on-chain execution costs are reflected in the execution price (Section 3.6).
3.6

DEX Execution Costs & Slippage

Wealtii buys and sells each fund's holdings on-chain through decentralised exchange (DEX) aggregators, which route each trade to the best quote available at the time of execution. The price you get reflects:

  • Price impact: large trades move the price, especially for less liquid assets.
  • Slippage: the price can move between the quote and execution.
  • Liquidity-pool fees: charged by the DEXs used and included in the quote.

These costs are part of the execution price and are not paid to Wealtii. They vary with trade size and market conditions, so they cannot be fixed in advance.

3.7

Deposit Refund Processing Fee (0.5%)

When you start a deposit, you choose an amount. Small differences between that amount and the USDT you actually send, within the accepted tolerance, are simply invested. If the difference is larger:

  • Overpayment: the excess is refunded to your Wealtii USDT balance.
  • Underpayment: the full amount you sent is refunded to your Wealtii USDT balance.
  • Processing fee: 0.5% of the amount refunded is deducted.
Example: if $400.00 has to be refunded, the 0.5% processing fee is $2.00, so $398.00 is credited to your balance. You can then invest it or withdraw it.

Worked Examples

2 subsections

4.1

Example: $10,000 From Deposit to Withdrawal

Scenario: you deposit $10,000 USDT, invest it in a fund, and a year later sell and withdraw. The example assumes a hypothetical 25% rise in the fund's value and a $0.20 network fee for your deposit. It is illustrative, not a forecast, and excludes DEX execution costs.

Step 1: Deposit USDT

Network fee (paid in BNB by your wallet)$0.20
Wealtii deposit fee$0.00
USDT balance$10,000.00

Step 2: Buy fund units

Investment amount$10,000.00
Wealtii purchase fee (0%)$0.00
Amount invested$10,000.00

Step 3: Hold for a year

Management fee$0.00
Hypothetical change in value (+25%)+$2,500.00
Fund value$12,500.00

Step 4: Sell and withdraw

Wealtii sale fee (0%)$0.00
Wealtii withdrawal fee (0%)$0.00
USDT sent to your wallet$12,500.00

Result

Total Wealtii fees$0.00
Network fee paid by your wallet$0.20
Total spent (deposit plus network fee)$10,000.20
USDT received$12,500.00
Hypothetical gain before DEX execution costs+$2,499.80
4.2

Example: Fees When Prices Rise, Stay Flat or Fall

Wealtii's platform fees do not depend on how your investment performs. For a $10,000 investment:

Hypothetical outcomes for a $10,000 investment (illustrative, not a forecast)
Change in fund valueFund valueWealtii feesYou receive (before DEX execution costs)
-25%$7,500.00$0.00$7,500.00
0%$10,000.00$0.00$10,000.00
+25%$12,500.00$0.00$12,500.00
Fund values can fall as well as rise, and you could lose money. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Comparing Fees

1 subsection

5.1

How to Compare Crypto Index Fund Costs

Headline fees rarely tell the whole story. When you compare Wealtii with another crypto index fund, ETF or platform, check each of these costs:

Other providers change their fees often, so check each provider's current fee page or key information document. Beyond cost, compare who holds the assets (custody), the provider's regulatory status (see our regulatory status) and whether you can withdraw the underlying assets.

ยง7

Keeping Your Costs Low

2 subsections

7.1

Practical Ways to Reduce Costs

Send the exact deposit amount

Sending exactly the amount you selected avoids the 0.5% processing fee on refunds of over- or under-payments.

Example: Selecting $1,000 and sending 1,000 USDT means nothing has to be refunded.

Deposit USDT directly if you already hold it

Sending USDT (BEP-20) from your own wallet avoids on-ramp provider fees; you only pay the network fee.

Example: A typical BNB Smart Chain network fee is under $0.50.

Compare on-ramp quotes

If you buy USDT by card or bank transfer, providers' fees and exchange rates differ and vary by country.

Example: Compare the amount of USDT you will actually receive, not just the advertised fee.

Avoid unnecessary trading

Each purchase and sale is executed on-chain, so frequent trading adds DEX execution costs even when platform fees are 0%.

Example: Buying and selling the same fund repeatedly pays price impact and slippage each time.

Check the network before you send

Use BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) for deposits and withdrawals.

Example: USDT sent on the wrong network can be lost permanently.

Plan your cash needs

Keep money you may need soon outside the platform, so you are not forced to sell during a market fall.

Example: Only invest money you can afford to lose.
7.2

The Bottom Line

With 0% platform fees during the promotion, your main costs are set by the market and third parties: network fees, DEX execution costs and any on-ramp fees. Fewer, planned transactions keep those costs low.

Tax Treatment of Fees

Tax disclaimer: this is general information, not tax advice. Tax treatment of investment costs varies by country and personal circumstances. Consult a qualified tax professional for advice on your situation.

In many countries:

  • Purchase costs: may be added to the cost of your investment, reducing a taxable gain
  • Sale costs: may reduce your sale proceeds for tax purposes
  • Record keeping: you need records of every transaction, including any fees and network costs
  • Your records: you can export your Wealtii transaction history
You are responsible for reporting your crypto transactions to your tax authority. Consider crypto tax software or a tax professional familiar with digital assets.
8.5

Large Investments

The same fees apply to every user, whatever the size of the investment; there are no volume discounts. Account limits depend on your verification level (see the AML & KYC Policy). Large trades can face higher DEX execution costs. For questions about large investments, contact .

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Wealtii fees and pricing

What fees does Wealtii charge?

Wealtii charges 0% platform fees on purchases, sales and withdrawals during its early-adopter promotion. There is no management fee, no performance fee, no lock-up and no exit penalty. The costs that still apply are blockchain network (gas) fees, typically under $0.50 on BNB Smart Chain; DEX execution costs such as price impact and slippage; fees charged by a third-party on-ramp provider if you buy USDT by card or bank transfer; and a 0.5% processing fee on refunds of deposit over- or under-payments.

Does Wealtii charge deposit fees?

No. Wealtii does not charge a fee when you deposit USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). Your own wallet charges a blockchain network fee to send the transaction, typically under $0.50, which goes to the network's validators, not to Wealtii. If you buy USDT by card or bank transfer, the third-party on-ramp provider charges its own fees.

How much of a $10,000 investment is actually invested?

During the promotion, Wealtii deducts no purchase fee, so the full $10,000 is used to buy the fund's holdings. The amount of each asset you receive reflects the DEX execution price, which includes market price impact, slippage and liquidity-pool fees. If the fund's value then rose 20% to $12,000, selling and withdrawing would cost $0 in Wealtii fees; if it fell 20% to $8,000, you would bear that loss in full.

Are there any annual management fees?

No. Wealtii does not charge a management fee or a performance fee, so nothing is deducted from your fund holdings each year for holding them.

What are network (gas) fees and who receives them?

Network fees, also called gas fees, are paid to the validators that process transactions on BNB Smart Chain. They do not go to Wealtii. They are typically under $0.50 per transaction but rise when the network is busy. When you deposit, your own wallet pays the network fee. Wealtii does not currently deduct a separate network fee from withdrawals.

What are DEX execution costs?

Wealtii buys and sells each fund's holdings on-chain through decentralised exchange (DEX) aggregators, which route each trade to the best quote available at the time. The price you get reflects market price impact, slippage and the fees of the DEXs and liquidity pools used. These costs are part of the execution price, are not paid to Wealtii, and are higher for large trades or less liquid assets.

What happens if I send the wrong amount when depositing?

Small differences within the accepted tolerance are simply invested. If the USDT you send differs from the amount you selected by more than the tolerance, the excess (for an overpayment) or the full amount you sent (for an underpayment) is refunded to your Wealtii USDT balance minus a 0.5% processing fee. For example, a $400 refund carries a $2.00 fee, so $398.00 is credited to your balance.

How long will the 0% fee promotion last?

No end date has been announced. If Wealtii ends the promotion or introduces or changes any platform fee, you will get at least 30 days' notice by email, in the app and on this page, and the change will never apply retroactively to transactions you have already made. See Section 2 for the promotion terms.

Are fees the same for every fund and verification level?

Yes. The same fees apply to all three Wealtii funds and to every verification level, whatever the size of your investment.

Will I see the fees before I confirm a transaction?

Yes. Any Wealtii platform fee is shown on the confirmation screen before you confirm a purchase, sale or withdrawal. Network fees and DEX execution costs depend on market conditions at the moment of execution, so they are explained on this page rather than fixed in advance.

How can I see the fees I have paid?

Your transaction history shows each deposit, purchase, sale and withdrawal, including any fee charged, and you can export it for your records.

Do large investments pay different fees?

No. The same 0% platform fees apply whatever the size of your investment. Large trades can face higher DEX execution costs because they move the market more. Account limits depend on your verification level. For questions about large investments, contact .

How should I compare Wealtii's fees with other crypto index funds?

Compare the total cost, not just the headline fee: any annual management fee or expense ratio, purchase and sale fees, spreads or markups on the execution price, withdrawal fees, network fees and on-ramp fees. During its promotion, Wealtii charges 0% platform fees and no management fee; network fees, DEX execution costs and on-ramp fees still apply. Check each provider's current fee page before you decide.

Can fees be included in my tax records?

Tax treatment of fees and transaction costs depends on where you live. In many countries, transaction costs can be taken into account when calculating gains. You can export your transaction history for your records. This is general information, not tax advice; consult a qualified tax adviser in your country.
