πŸ”—
Wealtii processes certain transactions (including purchases, sales, and withdrawals) through a managed processing system designed for operational efficiency and cost optimization. You acknowledge that all orders are subject to the Platform's execution policies and that execution is not guaranteed for any order type.
7.2

Order Execution

πŸ”—
You acknowledge and agree that: (a) all orders are executed on a best-effort basis; (b) the execution price may differ from the quoted or displayed price at the time of order placement due to market volatility, processing delays, or other factors (known as "slippage"); (c) Wealtii does not guarantee the execution of any order; (d) orders may be partially filled or unfilled depending on market conditions and available liquidity; (e) Wealtii reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify any order if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the order may violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the integrity of the Platform; and (f) Wealtii acts as principal (not agent) in executing transactions and may profit from the spread between buy and sell prices.
7.3

Deposits & Fund Purchases

πŸ”—
To purchase index fund units, you must first deposit USDT to your Wealtii account by sending USDT to your unique deposit address on our supported blockchain network. The deposit process works as follows: (a) a unique deposit wallet address is generated for each deposit request; (b) you must send the exact USDT amount specified within the deposit window timeframe; (c) deposits are detected and confirmed after the required number of blockchain confirmations; (d) confirmed deposits are securely transferred to our multi-signature vault; (e) USDT is credited to your platform balance after successful processing; and (f) you may then use your USDT balance to purchase index fund units. You must only send USDT to the provided deposit address using the supported network. Sending any other token or using an unsupported network may result in permanent loss of funds.

To sell index fund units and withdraw USDT: (a) you may initiate a sell order specifying the percentage or amount of fund units to sell; (b) sell orders are processed during the next processing cycle; (c) upon successful execution, the USDT proceeds (minus applicable fees) are credited to your platform balance; (d) you may then initiate a withdrawal to transfer USDT to your external wallet address; (e) withdrawal requests are processed through the multi-signature authorization system; (f) withdrawals are subject to minimum withdrawal amounts, daily limits, and processing times; and (g) Wealtii may impose additional verification requirements for large withdrawals. You are solely responsible for providing accurate withdrawal addresses, and Wealtii shall not be liable for losses caused by incorrect withdrawal addresses.
7.5

Transaction Finality

All completed transactions on the Platform are final and irreversible unless otherwise specified by Wealtii. Once a transaction has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified. This includes, without limitation: (a) completed purchases of index fund units; (b) completed sales of index fund units; (c) completed USDT withdrawals; and (d) any fees or charges debited from your Account.
