Build Wealth with Digital Asset Index Funds

Wealtii is an early-stage platform that offers three digital asset index funds. Each fund holds a fixed basket of cryptocurrencies and tokenized real-world assets (tokenized gold, silver and US stocks), so one investment from $10 gives you diversified exposure. Wealtii is operated by its founder, is working towards formal company registration and is not a regulated financial institution.

Each fund has fixed target allocations set by Wealtii's published methodology, with caps on any single position. When you invest, your USDT is used to buy every holding in its target weight through on-chain DEX aggregators, and the assets are held 1:1 in a public multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain. Automated rebalancing is in development.

No ID documents are needed to start. Once you verify your email you can deposit, invest, sell and withdraw up to $10,000 in total. Identity verification unlocks higher limits: up to $100,000 per day, or no platform limit at the advanced level. Card and bank on-ramp providers run their own identity checks.

Yes. You can buy USDT with a card or bank transfer through a licensed third-party on-ramp provider such as Transak, Banxa or Onramper, then invest it on Wealtii. Providers charge their own fees and availability depends on your country. Withdrawals are paid in USDT to your own wallet; we explain how to convert USDT back to your local currency.

Yes. Your investment buys the actual tokens in each fund — for example BTCB, Tether Gold (XAUT) or Ondo Global Markets tokens — rather than a derivative. The tokens sit in a public Gnosis Safe vault whose holdings anyone can check on BscScan. Note that some holdings are themselves wrapped or tokenized assets that depend on their issuers.

Fund assets are held in a Gnosis Safe 3-of-3 multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain: moving them requires all three signatures, and the vault address is public. Your account is protected by hashed passwords, email sign-in codes and optional authenticator-app two-factor authentication. Wealtii has not yet completed a third-party security audit and holds no insurance.

Wealtii currently charges 0% platform fees on purchases, sales and withdrawals during its early-adopter promotion, and there is no management or performance fee. You pay blockchain network fees (typically under $0.50 on BNB Smart Chain), and on-ramp providers charge their own fees. A 0.5% processing fee applies only to refunds of deposit over- or under-payments. Any future fee change will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Yes. There is no lock-up period and no exit penalty. You can sell fund units and withdraw USDT to your own BEP-20 wallet at any time, subject to your account limits. Withdrawals typically complete within a few minutes.

Yes. The Tech & Digital Asset Growth Fund holds tokenized NVIDIA, Alphabet, Apple and Invesco QQQ (Ondo Global Markets tokens), Tether Gold (XAUT), TRON and Bitcoin. The Multi-Asset Balanced Allocation Fund holds tokenized S&P 500 and iShares Silver ETFs, Tether Gold, TRON, Bitcoin, XRP and BNB. Tokenized-stock tokens give economic exposure but no shareholder rights, and may not be available to US persons.

Buying individual coins means choosing what to hold, when to buy and how to rebalance yourself. A Wealtii index fund buys a fixed, diversified basket in one transaction, which reduces the impact of any single asset falling. It does not remove market risk: the whole basket can still fall sharply.

The underlying tokens are held on-chain in a public vault, so their existence can be verified independently of Wealtii. Your share of them is recorded as fund units in Wealtii's account ledger, and returning assets requires Wealtii to process withdrawals. Wealtii is not regulated and there is no investor-compensation scheme, so only invest money you can afford to lose.

No investment platform is risk-free, and digital assets are highly volatile. Wealtii's safeguards are a public 3-of-3 multi-signature vault, 1:1 holdings you can verify on-chain, encrypted data and optional two-factor authentication.
