Quick fixes for frequent problems
Deposit not showing in balance
Your USDT deposit can take 1-5 minutes to appear due to blockchain confirmations.
๐ก Solution Steps:
- Check the transaction on BscScan using your transaction hash
- Ensure you sent USDT on the BSC (Binance Smart Chain) network
- Wait for at least 15 block confirmations
- Verify you sent USDT to the correct deposit address shown in your Deposit page
- If after 1 hour it still doesnt appear, create a support ticket with your transaction hash
Sent funds to wrong network
You accidentally sent USDT on Ethereum or Polygon instead of BSC network.
๐ก Solution Steps:
- Do NOT send additional funds to try to correct it
- Create a support ticket immediately with transaction hash and screenshot
- Provide exact details: amount sent, network used, and timestamp
- Recovery may be possible but requires manual intervention and may incur fees
- Prevention: Always verify the network is set to BSC (BEP20) before confirming the transfer
Minimum deposit amount not met
Deposit was less than the $10 minimum requirement.

- The minimum deposit is $10 USD worth of USDT to cover network fees
- Small deposits may be accepted but will reduce your available balance
- Consider sending an additional deposit to meet the minimum
- Check your account - small deposits usually arrive but may not be immediately visible
