To verify Wealtii's reserves, open the public vault address on BscScan, check its token holdings, confirm the contract is a Gnosis Safe that needs 3 of 3 signatures, and compare the tokens you see with the funds' target allocations. This shows what the vault holds at that moment, not what each user is owed.

What does Wealtii's public vault hold?
Wealtii holds user fund assets 1:1 in a single Gnosis Safe multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain. The vault is pooled: its balances are the combined holdings of every user across the Core, Growth and Balanced funds at the moment you look, not one fund or one person. Assets in the vault are not lent, staked or rehypothecated. The Wealtii transparency page lists the same address alongside other custody details.
How do I check the vault's token holdings on BscScan?
- Open the address. Go to bscscan.com and paste the vault address into the search bar, or use the link above. Check that the address on screen matches exactly, character for character; scam sites use look-alike addresses.
- Open the token holdings drop-down. In the Overview panel, the token holdings list shows every BEP-20 token the address holds, with balances and an estimated dollar value.
- Look for the fund tokens. The funds hold BTCB, WBNB, ETH, LINK, ADA, NEAR, ZEC, TRX, XRP, Tether Gold (XAUT) and Ondo tokenized stocks and ETFs (NVDAon, GOOGLon, QQQon, AAPLon, SPYon, SLVon).
- Check contract addresses, not just names. Click a token to see its contract. Fake tokens can copy a ticker, so compare it with the issuer's published contract; for example, Binance-Peg BTCB is
0x7130d2A12B9BCbFAe4f2634d864A1Ee1Ce3Ead9c. - Review the transfer history. The Token Transfers (BEP-20) tab lists every token movement in and out of the vault, with time stamps and transaction hashes you can open one by one.
How do I confirm the vault is a 3-of-3 multi-sig?
A multi-signature wallet only moves funds when a set number of its signer keys approve a transaction; our explainer on how multi-sig wallets work covers the basics. To check the Wealtii vault's settings yourself:
- Open the Contract tab on the vault's BscScan page. If BscScan shows a check mark there, the contract's source code has been published and verified, so you can read its functions by name.
- Use "Read as Proxy". A Gnosis Safe is a proxy contract, so its functions appear under Read as Proxy. Read
getThresholdto see how many signatures are required andgetOwnersto list the signer addresses. When we checked on 21 October 2026, getThreshold returned 3 andVERSIONreturned 1.4.1. - Cross-check in the Safe app. You can also open the vault read-only in the Safe{Wallet} web app, which shows the required confirmations and the history of executed transactions.
A threshold of 3 with three signer addresses means every transaction out of the vault needs all three signatures. The blockchain shows signer addresses only; it does not show who controls them.
How do I compare the vault with the fund allocations?
Each Wealtii fund buys its holdings at fixed target weights, listed in our side-by-side comparison of the three Wealtii funds. Each fund page also lists its holdings, for example the Digital Asset Core Index Fund holdings. Because the vault mixes all three funds, its balances will not match any single fund's percentages. Useful checks are:
- Presence: the tokens used by funds that users hold should appear in the vault.
- Movement: balances should rise when users buy and fall when they sell, with matching entries in the transfer history.
- Drift: automated rebalancing is still in development, so the mix in the vault moves with market prices between purchases.
- Your own transactions: deposit and order details in your Wealtii dashboard include BscScan transaction links where an on-chain transaction is linked, so you can confirm where tokens went and the network fee paid; Wealtii's fee page explains which fees apply to you.
If something you see does not add up, contact support@wealtii.com with the transaction hash or a screenshot of the balance you are asking about.
What does an on-chain reserve check prove, and what does it not?
It proves:
- The vault exists at a public address and is a Gnosis Safe that requires 3 of 3 signatures to move funds.
- Which tokens it holds, and how many, at the moment you look.
- Every transfer into and out of the vault, permanently recorded on BNB Smart Chain.
It does not prove:
- Liabilities. What each user owns is recorded in Wealtii's own ledger, not on-chain, so BscScan cannot show whether the vault covers every user's balance. Exchange-style proof of reserves pairs asset checks with a liability proof, as our guide to proof of reserves and Merkle-tree liability checks explains; Wealtii does not publish a liability proof yet.
- Independent assurance. No third-party audit or reserve attestation has been carried out yet.
- Issuer backing. BTCB, XAUT and Ondo tokens are claims on their issuers. Seeing BTCB in the vault proves the tokens are there, not the Bitcoin that Binance holds behind them.
- Protection from loss. A reserve check does not protect against price falls, smart-contract bugs or operational failures, and Wealtii has no deposit insurance or investor-compensation scheme.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Wealtii's vault address?
Wealtii's custody vault is a Gnosis Safe multi-signature wallet on BNB Smart Chain at 0x54dd6ADaCe8BFd8feAA9cdf1Ca8891c74FaB2583. You can view its token balances and full transaction history on BscScan without creating an account or connecting a wallet.
Does the Wealtii vault show my personal balance?
No. The vault is pooled: it holds the combined assets of all users across Wealtii's funds. Your individual fund balance is recorded in Wealtii's own ledger and shown in your dashboard, so BscScan cannot confirm that your specific balance is covered.
How many signatures does the Wealtii vault need to move funds?
Three. The vault is a 3-of-3 Gnosis Safe, so every outgoing transaction needs all three signatures. You can confirm this yourself by reading getThreshold on the contract in BscScan, which returned 3 when we checked on 21 October 2026.
Has an independent firm reviewed Wealtii's reserves?
Not yet. Wealtii has not had a third-party security audit, penetration test or reserve attestation. The on-chain data lets you check holdings yourself, but it is not the same as an independent review of assets against what users are owed.
Why do I see tokens in the vault that no Wealtii fund holds?
Anyone can send tokens to a public address, so spam or airdropped tokens can appear in the vault's token list. The vault may also hold some USDT, the stablecoin used for deposits, sales and withdrawals. Check each token's contract address and focus on the tokens listed in the fund allocations.
